Static Weighing

P.G. MAVRIDIS offers consultancy services on the design, development and installation of weighing systems such as:

Weighbridges and Platform Scales
Capacity from 1 to 20.000 Kg.

      

For this purpose, P.G. MAVRIDIS supply its clients with top quality load cells of VISHAY.


Silo & Tank contents Weighing
Capacity from 10kg to 60.000 Kg.

   

Surface mounted or hung-up with 3 to 10 points of support.
Special self-adjusted steel or stainless steel AlSi-304 supports.


Electronic Truck Scales
Pit or surface mounted,  max. capacity 70 tons

   

In order to materialize these installation, P.G. MAVRIDIS provides a series of top quality stainless load cells made by VISHAY REVERE USA, fully protected against dust and humidity according to EN 60259 & DIN 40 050 IP-68/69K, approved by O.I.M.L. R60, with accuracy C3 (3000 div.) and maximum combined error less than 0,025%.

In order to avoid impact loads from the platform on the load cells, special mounting systems are used made by painted steel of VISHAY. The mounting systems ensure vertical load transmission, allow platform oscillation by 3mm and return the load cells on a vertical position.

Also, it can be linked to a PC and to a weighbridge management software type iTm-2.


Weighing and Specialized measurements
In axial systems and prototype arrangements.

Design and development of arrangements for:

  • Measurements of force exercised by hydraulic pressure systems.
  • Measurements of force breaking materials - Tests on material strength (concrete samples)
  • Measurements of force exercised on cross-axle systems.
  • Measurements of lateral force tensions exercised on axles in motion.
  • Measurements of forces exercised on physiotherapy and sport machinery systems.
  • Measurements of low frequency oscillations in closed and open systems.
  • Measurements of liquid fuel consumption in prototypes of internal combustion machineries (NTUA).
