Integrated system for feeding - weighing in motion, based on a high-accuracy electrical weighing unit type M1, with 100.000 divisions, whose version Flow-v3 includes a firmware for the Automatic Weighing in Motion.

The system provides for:

• Continuous digital representation of the instant Flow per hour.
• Continuous digital representation of the total weight of the material on the conveyor belt.
• Management of up to 1000 tons/hour, with an accuracy of 1~2%.
• Control and supervision of the conveyor belt speed (0,1 m/sec~5 m/sec).
• Uninterrupted performance under most heavy industrial conditions.
• Four programmable alarms.
• Analog output of the instant supply per hour for PLC connection.
• Analog output of PID for constant supply per hour.
• Automatic calibration using a computing algorithm.
• Safe performance of the unit in case of power failure.
• Connection with a printer in order to print-out a weighing card.
